Behind the batch

It started with our dad.

Before BatchBoys, there was Le Gourmand.

Our dad spent his life making great cookies, knowing his regulars by name, and obsessing over every batch. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just really good cookies, made by hand and made with purpose.

When he passed it on to us, three brothers took over the kitchen.

We could've kept things exactly the way he left them.

We didn't.

We took everything he taught us — the standards, the craft, the obsession — and turned up the volume.

That's BatchBoys.

Big cookies. Bold flavors. Serious ingredients.

Made for the way we eat now.

It's still about the craft. Still about making something worth coming back for.

Just louder. Bigger. And a lot more BatchBoys.

Every batch carries a little bit of where we came from. You just might not see his name on the box.

Built on cookies. Built on family. Built to be loud.
